Our Production Methods

An in house software process is applied to images / artwork to create photographic quality images. This process is unique to our customers

Printing Dye Sublimation

This process uses gas under pressure to permanently dye the item in question without leaving any "ink" or holding material on the product. This process is not silk screen, digital print or transfers and will not crack, peel or fade

Garments

In the case of garments the actual fabric is dyed and so it moves, breathes and stretches just as it did before the dyeing process and so the wearer does not experience any hot spots causing them to sweat. The image / text will not fade due to washing at all temperatures and can be ironed with confidence.

Hard surface

Items are coated with a polymer coating that provides a simple wipe clean surface. The image / text behind we will be protected to 100 c. the item in question without leaving any "ink" or holding material on the product. The image / text will not fade due to washing at all temperatures and can be ironed with confidence.
