Is your design service free?

Yes, our aim is to work with you as a valued customer to create the right product to promote YOUR business, we therefore offer a FREE design and layout service.

Can you brand your products with our logo?
Yes, our prices include full colour printing in one position (unless otherwise stated).

How do I supply artwork?
Best printing results are achieved when you supply Adobe illustrator (file extension will be .AI) or Adobe Photoshop files (file extension will be .PSD). If you have had any printing done then your supplier will have your logo in this type of file. In some cases Photoshop and Jpeg files may be suitable. If in you are in any doubt call 01326 564312

How do I supply a photograph?

Best results are obtained with un-compressed digital files in TIFF format. You may also supply JPEG files saved at maximum size.Printed photograps should be sent to us for processing.

How do I send you the artwork?
Simply e-mail your artwork to us
or send a CD disk or printed photograph to Artee Productions, 37 Cunnack Close, Helston, Cornwall TR13 8XQ U.K.

Do I get to see a proof before print?
Yes, we always e-mail a proof for Customer approval prior to printing.

Can I purchase plain goods?
A discount on the site prices is available on items sold without print. As the discount varies according to the quantity and the item, please contact on 01326 564312

Carriage & VAT?

VAT is included
Carriage charges are added on all orders that are dispatched.

Collection of goods is possible by appointment.
