"Printing" Information for all products

Printing is performed by a process called dye sublimation. This process uses gas under pressure to permenently dye the item in question without leaving any "ink" or holding material on the product. This process is not silk screen, digital print or transfers and will not crack, peel or fade.
In the case of garments the actual fabric is dyed and so it moves, breathes and stretches just as it did before the dyeing process and so the wearer does not experience any hot spots causing them to sweat. The image / text will not fade due to washing at all temperatures and can be ironed with confidence.
Solid products are dyed by the gas through a polymer coating on to a sublimate coating that has been applied to the product. After the gas has passed through the coating at 200 oo c the the outer polymer coating closes as it cools and becomes a hard wearing protective surface on your product that merely needs to be wiped to keep it clean.
